House Renovation
Mamoo in Pakistan were awarded the contract by Mrs. Anis for complete renovation of her apartment in the exclusive locality of Clifton Block-2. Apartment was empty for five years and needed major renovation work from bath rooms, to kitchen to bedrooms. Mamoo took over the project and got separate vendor teams working on various tasks including repairs, plumbing, electrical works, appliances, bathroom tiling, kitchen cabinets etc.
Whole project took a little over 3 months. The apartment was ready to be rented out in 2007. The total project cost was Rs 5.3 lac rupees. Mamoo charged a 13% margin for overall supervision of the project with complete customer satisfaction who was sitting thousands of miles away. Customer involvement was maintained throughout the project for selection of tile colors, appliances, fixtures etc but no headache for the customer to worry about managing the materials supplies to the apartment or managing the labor contractors.
Customer also awarded the contract to Mamoo for helping in renting the ready apartment. The same was completed in less then 45 days.
